Giuliana Romeo

Giuliana Romeo completed a M App Sci (Medical Science) from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and was awarded the Australian Institute of Medical Scientists Young Scientist scholarship in 2006. Since late 2008, she has been the Medical Scientist in Charge of the Molecular Haematology Laboratory PathWest Laboratory Medicine, Royal Perth Hospital. The laboratory provides a state wide service for the molecular analysis of patients with myeloproliferative neoplasm, acute myeloid leukaemia or chronic myeloid leukaemia. She is also an adjunct lecturer at the University of Western Australia, School of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine.
