Simon Brown
Simon Brown is an academic emergency physician with the University of Western Australia at Royal Perth Hospital, and head of the Centre for Clinical Research in Emergency Medicine (CCREM) at the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research. In addition to his background in emergency and critical care, he has a PhD in clinical immunology/allergy and more than a decade of experience managing clinical trials in the acute care setting. He is a leading member of several productive multicentre collaborations that conduct clinical trials in the fields of snake and spider envenoming, anaphylaxis, immunotherapy, respiratory emergencies, and sepsis.
